Mitch is a talented guitar player and teacher. He has been creating and marketing guitar accessories for years. He is the inventor of Dunlop’s TeckPick, Ice Pix Stix and our newest product, Power Pick (coming soon). He has lived much of this life in Los Angeles and San Francisco and currently lives in Phoenix.

Dana Beisel
Director of Manufacturing for A.P.

Dana is a California native and has been manufacturing precision products for over 30 years. When she is not ensuring the perfectly precision edge and finish on our metal picks, she is working as an advocate for the homeless and their pets.

Sue has worked in the advertising and art industry for many years and is currently focusing on her favorite medium, website design. She is a native Phoenician and currently lives in Yuma, AZ. She also has a love of archery and uses her creative talents to choose targets, such as placing apples on a styrofoam head named Stella.

Norman
Director of Human Resources

Norman has been active in the music industry since he was a pup. He is a Phoenix native and when he is not busy with his duties at Alternate Picks, he enjoys long walks on the beach and chilling on the couch.
